You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. At the point at which you receive the refund, your rights under this agreement will be terminated. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this agreement, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to request a refund.

Limited Warranty
OxyPowerPack is offered “as is” and without warranty, even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We suggest you make regular backups of your site.
THE DEVELOPER and its associates, partners and employees shall not be held liable for ANY damages or loss of data resulting from the use of our products or the termination or revocation of your license.
Account Access
You may install OxyPowerPack and use your license key on any number of your own websites, and any of your clients’ websites. To be eligible to receive support, updates, and continued access to your oxypowerpack.com account, you may not share or distribute our plugins, design sets, or your license key, or your account credentials for oxypowerpack.com to 3rd parties who are not your clients.

You may not bundle OxyPowerPack as part of another product, service, or include it as part of a hosted service.
Updates
Your purchase entitles you to “lifetime” updates for any websites owned or operated by you or your current clients. By “lifetime”, we mean that your access to updates never expires, not that we will continue providing updates indefinitely.
Updates are accessible by logging in to your account, or automatically through the Plugins page of WordPress admin panel. You may not allow or cause anyone other than yourself or your current clients to access updates in any way.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by notifying you via e-mail that your license to use the software has been revoked.
If we terminate the agreement because we have determined that you have violated the terms of the agreement you are not entitled to a refund. If we terminate the agreement for any reason other than a violation, you will receive a full refund, even if you are outside of the 7 day window.
You can also terminate the agreement for any reason. If you terminate the agreement within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
Limitation of All Liability
WE SHALL BE NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE INITIALLY
Severability
If one of the provisions of this agreement is found to be invalid, all other provisions shall remain in effect and in full force.
Modification
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Your continued use of our support or receipt of updates after the date of change constitutes your acceptance of any and all changes to this agreement.
